And Is Phi is a multidisciplinary artist from Norway and the Philippines. She is the co-founder of left field eclectic-electronic R&B project Sawa Manga. Based in South East London, the vocalist, producer, writer, visual artist and curator has written and performed with the likes of Hector Plimmer, Footshooter, Scrimshire, Emma-Jean Thackray and Steam Down. She is also co-founder of the creative hub and artist development project Scrapbook Mixtape, where annual compilations of up and coming artists are released along with a publication inviting the audience inside the process. A debut body of work from And Is Phi is underway, showcasing a soulful and reflective exploration of themes that consider death cycles, rejuvenation, and the multiple faces of love.
